About IPFMA Skillnet

IPFMA Skillnet is an industry-led training network for companies involved in the property management and facility management sectors in Ireland. The network was established in July 2011 as part of the IPFMA’s ongoing commitment to the promotion of continuous learning and the enhancement of industry standards.

Our overall aim is to improve the competitiveness of our member companies and the employability of our workforce through the provision of high-quality industry-focused training and networking opportunities.

IPFMA Skillnet is funded by member companies and the Training Networks Programme, an initiative of Skillnets Ltd. funded from the National Training Fund through the Department of Education and Skills.

Open Courses

We provide a published calendar of open courses designed and developed to meet the priority training needs of our members and delivered by a carefully selected panel of trainers and practitioners.

In-house Training

Grant assisted training that has been procured by the network on your behalf but is delivered in your company’s own premises, restricted to your own staff and tailored to meet your own specific needs.

Learning & Development Expertise

Information and advice on best-practice learning and development, including assistance with needs analysis, training plans and training solutions.

Networking Opportunities

Regular training and networking events to promote shared learning between employees at all levels of the firm and between network member companies.
