Membership

Membership of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association is open to individuals only.

Membership Criteria

Active practitioners who wish to apply for full membership of the IPFMA must meet the following criteria:

Be actively involved in the Property and/or Facilities Management profession, and
Have a minimum of 5 years satisfactory management experience, with at least 3 years in Property and/or Facilities management, or
Hold an exempting Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Property/Facility Management recognised by the IPFMA
Agree to be bound by the IPFMA Code of Professional Conduct, Ethical Standards & Regulations as regards Membership of the Association. Your approved membership application will be processed upon receipt of a signed copy of the Code of Conduct. You must, therefore, familiarise yourself with the contents of the IPFMA Code of Professional Conduct, Ethical Standards & Regulations as regards Membership of the Association in advance of submitting your application.

Completed Membership Application Form
Copy of Current Curriculum Vitae
Signed reference from a current full IPFMA member who does not work for the applicant's organisation

The decision of Council in relation to all matters pertaining to membership is final.

Membership subscription is payable annually in January of each year and is €200.00.

Applicants can qualify for admission to membership by securing a place on and passing the IPFMA Diploma Course.
